Saint-Véran 2001 ** Wine company from Gleizé, Jean Baronnat proposes a " saint Veran" very typical of this type of vine, gathered with full maturity. The intense scents of fishing, pear, and mango make an aromatic wine with complexity . In mouth, this wine is generous and he is round and well balanced; its long final, acidulous and mineral, confers a great pleasure. It could be used on a pike perch with a cream sauce.
Brouilly 2002
Directed by the grandson of the founder, this family wine company created at the beginning of the century selected a dark garnet-red wine with the expressive perfumes associating of the fruity notes (raspberry, strawberry and blackcurrant) wooded with animal nuances. The mouth seems in withdrawal compared to the first impressions: it appears more vinous, rather sévére, the unit remaining round. This bottle will be appreciated during two next years.
Cremant de Bourgogneblanc de blancs * Located in Beaujolais area, this family house, exploited by the third generation, signed this cremant: "it can satisfy everyone" wrote on the card of a taster. Bubble fines, light cord, this creaming resulting from chardonnay of Burgundy of the south offers a rather flattering brioche perfume to you. One finds in mouth this flavour associated this time with a honey spoon. Easy can be but frankness and honesty.
Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence 2001 Jean-Jacques Baronnat directs today this small family house created at the beginning of XXémé century by his grandfather. He proposes one Coteaux d'Aix wine with the well melted tannins, which carries the mark of the cabernet-sauvignon in its structure.
