Regnié
This wine dark ruby, very limpid, releases from complexes floral perfumes. In mouth,it slips rather quickly, leaving fresh blackcurrant flavours. The Beaujolais-Villages wine of the same house was also quoted.

Crozes-Hermitage
A wine company from Beaujolais area, which presents this year a Crozes-Hermitage, made to be drunk quickly, according to one of the tasters. Out of violine dress, it has tenderness, flexibility, but not enough matter to age a long time. There remains nevertheless quite pleasant.

Pouilly-Vinzelles
Hazel nut and acacia, a chardonnay which knows the uses. A little mineral, balanced, it comprises an alcohol note. Small point of bitterness finally.
