Very beautiful dress witht dark crimson. Fine and fruity bouquet which opens on fruit flavours of wood - bilberries and blackberries - accompanied by leather and violet. Supported well by tannins present but silky, in mouth , one finds notes of black small fruits mingled with notes with coriandre and saffron, flint and of clove.
A full-bodied wine harmonious and souple with a soft liquorice final.
To taste on cabbage rolls.
This wine contains 2.891 mg/l total polyphenols including monomeric 57.2% and oligomers 10.1%.
