Saint-Véran 2002*
Family house created at the beginning of XXes., directed today by Jean-Jacques Baronnat, grandson of the founder. It proposes a bottle of a beautiful decorated invoice of a rather aesthetic label. With a dress straw colour, this wine smells good flavours of citrus fruits and the yellow fruits. Enough intense, with a fruit already opened out, the mouth is balanced and fresh. Of a good aromatic persistence, this wine will create sensation on a chicken with crayfish. Wine guide 2005 Saint-Véran 2001 - 2 étoiles
Wine company from Gleizé, Jean Baronnat proposes a " saint Veran" very typical of this type of vine, gathered with full maturity. The intense scents of fishing, pear, and mango make an aromatic wine with complexity . In mouth, this wine is generous and he is round and well balanced; its long final, acidulous and mineral, confers a great pleasure. It could be used on a pike perch with a cream sauce. Extrait du guide 2004 Saint-Véran 1999 - 1 étoile "It is not a billet doux but a love letter in twelve pages. Sharp, gilded, very intense and of exotic inspiration (litchi, guava), it expresses its feelings with style, the length, from complexity, and an acidity at the end of the mouth which encourages to await it one year or two." Extrait du Guide 2001 Saint-Véran "Quoted here because it obtained a favorable verdict... It is good, surely, unctuous, powerful." Extrait du Guide 1999 Saint-Véran Family wine company created at the beginning of the century and established close to "Villefranche-on-Saone". Opened with two flavours -flower and grilled almond-, already a little marked by the evolution (yellow constant), one 89 obviously happy of living. This exuberance is contagious, but must to be drunk immediately: it will not be eternal. Extrait du Guide 1992
