AVIS DES SOMMELIERS
red-ruby colour with pretty bluish reflections. Of a beautiful complexity, the bouquet presents acidulous perfumes black fruits  (blackcurrant, bilberry), sweet spices and of violet.
Velvety, the mouth combines a good balance between spiced cherry, the cold coffee, liquorice, the fresh vanilla and of tannins already quite molten which prolong a quite fruity final. A typical beaujolais  which confirms what one awaits from him.
To taste on a roasted hare, a back of young rabbit.
