the wines selected
Beautiful "Moulin à Vent " 2009, typed, with aromas of macerated fruit and spice, rich, beautiful color garnet,
dense in the nose and also in  mouth.
2009 Fleurie combines the finesse and structure, with tannins in both rich and silky.
Try the Brouilly 2009, harmonious, very fragrant in the final, and the white Macon Solutre Pouilly, 2008,
with a touch of acidity combined with a pleasing roundness,
Also try the Coteaux d'Aix en Provence Rose, elegant,  representative of the wines of the region,
with a bright color, nose of citrus and white fruit fresh   while flexible, perfect on grilled fish.
Also try the Cotes du Rhone 2007 and this excellent Coteaux d'Aix en Provence red 2007, balanced ,
with a nice and persistant aftertaste, again very successful.
