BROUILLY 2008 quoted 86/100
Purplish robe, not too deep colour. Typical clean enticing bouquet of ripe small red fruits, a touch of pepper. A rather structured Brouilly that imparts the same tasty aromas of the nose. A perfect match with roast chicken. Suggested dish : blood sausage with apple. Temperature of service : 14-15°. Optimal tasting : 2010-2011

CHIROUBLES 2008 : 87/100 Beautiful purple dress, clear. Floral nose, heady, suggestion of violets, red fruit notes. On the palate beautiful tannins, very flexible material. Final full and fragrant, very nice.
SAINT VERAN 2008 : 86/100 Pretty lemon yellow dress. Nose net, typed, marrying the flavors of ripe white fruit, notes of citrus, hazelnut too. The mouth is a good compromise between rich and lively. A really typical wine with beautiful aromas.
