Purplish robe, not too deep colour. 
Typical clean enticing bouquet of ripe small red fruits, a touch of pepper. 
A rather structured Brouilly that imparts the same tasty aromas of the nose. 
A perfect match with roast chicken. 

Suggested dish : blood sausage with apple. 
Temperature of service : 14-15°. 
Optimal tasting : 2010-2011
