 Deep dress, with  purple red, beautiful aspect.
Nose of a great clearness, initially floral and fruity, and following becomes  pleasantly spiced.
In mouth a full bodied and structured wine with flavours of ripe fruit.
the  tannins are  delicates and  silky. A beautiful "Moulin à Vent".
The mets agreement/wines: Braised ham
To be served : 14° à 16°.
Guard : 1-3 years
 
 MACON 2005 83/100
Nice dress  with  violine ruby color.
Pleasant nose mixing floral notes, of red small fruits and also  peppered notes.Flexible attack on the fruit, evolution full with freshness.
A delicate Mâcon, easy access. To accompany by an assorted cold meats.

MORGON 2005 85/100
Deep color  dress, violine reflections.
Nose Net of ripe red fruits, mineral and peppered background.
Full attack, concentrated enough, quite ripe matter.
One 2005 at best of its form.
 
MACON VILLAGES 2005 84/100
A  yellow clear dress with  green shade.
Expressive nose mixing floral notes, fresh hazel nut, touches slightly roasted.
In mouth we get a round wine with a long final.
Scented Mâcon, to appreciate on a cake of chicken liver.



Founded in 1920 per Eugene Baronnat, the Baronnat House is directed today by its grandson, Jean Jacques Baronnat. Located at 30 kilometers in the north of Lyon, it is established in the middle of the vineyard and markets its wines near traditional customers in France and a part (10 to 15%) is dispatched out of our borders. 
Only quality guides its choices in the selection of its wines: it is the strict application of this principle which is guaranteeing of its good image of tradition and trustworthy.
